Urban Land Co is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and perform a wide range of general maintenance at a multi-family apartment community. You’ll ensure units are updated and move-in ready while maintaining exterior aesthetics and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance for residential, retail, or commercial property management.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating vendors.
• Technical skills in carpentry, painting, plastering, HVAC and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of tenant service requests and the make-ready process.
• Ensure exterior aesthetics standards are met at the community.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate vendors and subcontractors.
• Build and manage the community maintenance budget.
• Ensure property maintenance meets company quality standards.
• Supervise daily operations and maintain grounds and property condition.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Plan team meetings and on-call trainings as needed.
