Job summary

DBC REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee on-site maintenance, coordinate repair tasks, and ensure market-ready apartment turns. You will supervise staff and collaborate with the property manager to keep units and facilities in top condition.

The role requires HVAC experience, electrical and plumbing skills, and a valid driver’s license. You will conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to service requests while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 1–3 years in facility maintenance.
• HVAC experience required.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff on-site, including training and coaching.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders and preventative tasks.
• Coordinate external vendors for work not performed in-house and inspect completed work.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and assign tasks.
• Prepare market-ready turns of vacant units to meet leasing demand.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting and replacements.
