Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, and oversee preventative work across the community. You will ensure units are ready for new residents, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety standards while driving the property’s curb appeal.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, training, and strong on-site leadership to keep operations efficient and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade.
• High School or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License, EPA certification; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily maintenance team to ensure high performance.
• Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensure systems operate reliably.
• Manage make-ready unit turnover to meet Hawthorne quality standards.
• Maintain buildings and grounds with a proactive maintenance plan and safe operations.
• Support on-call emergency rotation and respond to service requests professionally.
