Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across a vibrant apartment community. You will monitor budgets, manage inventory, and delegate work orders to ensure units are move-in ready and compliant with standards.

The role requires 3+ years in apartment maintenance or a related trade, with supervisory experience preferred. On-call rotations and hands-on problem solving are expected daily.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, EPA certification; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Oversee make-ready units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Manage capital improvements, bids, scheduling, and project oversight.
• Perform preventative maintenance across buildings and systems.
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner; on-call rotation.
