Job summary

Olympus Property in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to manage day-to-day maintenance operations across an apartment community. You will lead repair and renovation work, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely turnaround of work orders.

You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule workloads, and oversee safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance programs while upholding Olympus Property's core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or as a supervisor.
• On-call availability.
• EPA/HVAC certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Lead repair/renovation work by maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly workloads for the maintenance team.
• Monitor service requests and ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
• Maintain inventories of tools, parts, and supplies; perform preventive maintenance.
