Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift at our Tampa plant to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment, oversee technicians and storeroom activities, and manage wastewater resources on the shift.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field, 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, and 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for maintenance operations on the 3rd shift.
• Oversee maintenance technicians, storeroom operations, and wastewater resources.
• Ensure equipment reliability, safety, quality, and production performance.
• Oversee work management and CMMS processes.
• Manage storeroom activities, materials usage, inventory accuracy, cycle counts.
• Promote TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
