Job summary
Clarios is seeking a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Leader to drive reliability improvements at our Tampa, FL plant. You will analyze OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and downtime, leading preventive, predictive, and RCm programs to reduce failures and boost equipment performance.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in manufacturing maintenance/operations, 7+ years leadership, and strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, CMMS, and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of manufacturing maintenance/operations experience.
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven success improving equipment reliability and reducing unplanned downtime.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning/scheduling.
- Strong Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to analyze OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost metrics.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Responsibilities
- Utilize downtime, failure, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost data to prioritize reliability initiatives and drive data-based decisions.
- Establish and strengthen preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce failures.
