Job summary

Tampa, Florida plant seeks a Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role oversees technicians, storeroom, and wastewater resources, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, quality, and production targets.

Required a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; hands-on skills with mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work in a plant manufacturing environment and support off-shift maintenance activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for maintenance operations during the shift
• Oversee maintenance technicians, storeroom operations, and wastewater resources
• Ensure equipment reliability, safety, quality, and production performance
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve KPIs
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to maximize uptime
• Oversee work management and CMMS processes for proper work order execution
• Manage storeroom activities, inventory accuracy, and material planning
• Foster TPM and continuous improvement initiatives to develop the team
