Job summary

Clarios, LLC seeks an experienced reliability leader to drive data-based decisions and prioritize maintenance programs that improve equipment performance in a Tampa manufacturing plant. You will balance daily operations with a long-term reliability strategy and develop teams across maintenance and engineering.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 15+ years in manufacturing maintenance/operations, and 7+ years in reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and manufacturing maintenance/operations experience.
• 15+ years of manufacturing maintenance/operations experience.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize downtime, failure, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost data to prioritize reliability initiatives.
• Establish preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce failures.
