Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Geneva facility. You will lead a manufacturing-maintenance team to keep five production areas running, improve equipment reliability, and manage maintenance, stores, and wastewater resources on your shift.

You will track KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF), support TPM initiatives, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with operations to hit daily targets and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance in a manufacturing setting
• 1+ years as maintenance supervisor in manufacturing
• Experience with mechanical process equipment, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience reading drawings and schematics

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve mechanical and electrical equipment across five manufacturing areas
• Lead shift maintenance team to meet production targets
• Oversee stores, uptime, and wastewater resources on shift
• Track KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PM/PdM) and support TPM initiatives
• Ensure safety and quality policies are followed
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to hit daily/monthly targets
• Perform performance reviews and develop direct reports
