Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. The role involves maintaining and improving mechanical and electrical equipment across multiple areas, while ensuring safety, uptime, and quality.

You will manage stores, wastewater resources, and work management processes on your shift, driving continuous improvements and effective communication with Operations. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years as a maintenance supervisor in manufacturing.
• 3+ years working with mechanical process equipment, PLCs, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing and facility equipment to achieve site goals.
• Manage 2nd shift maintenance team and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PM/PdM) and support TPM initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to meet daily targets.
