Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance processes with accuracy and discipline.
• Coach and assist employees with problem solving.
• Train and keep accurate records of training.
• Ensure quality standards and preventive maintenance are performed on time.
• Lead toolbox talks and monitor safety and attendance.
