Challenge Manufacturing in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the plant’s zone operations, driving safety, quality, on-time delivery and production efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will coach team members, certify workstations, investigate incidents, and partner with support groups to restore processes to standard while fostering a positive, accountable work culture.

This is a 2nd shift position, 1:30 PM–9:30 PM, Monday–Friday, at our Spartanburg plant.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or B.S degree from a 4 year college or university.
• Three to five years related experience in a supervisor position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates high standards of performance, accountability, and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned processes with detailed accuracy and discipline.
• Coaches and assists employees with problem solving and personal issues.
• Train team members on processes, procedures and tasks within their work zone.
• Certify team members on individual workstations to satisfy progression on the skills matrix.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to customer demands and scheduling.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, quality, and efficiency; follow management instructions.
