Challenge Manufacturing seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Department Manager in planning and executing maintenance work that supports production and preventive maintenance. You will monitor safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering a positive team environment in an ESOP-driven company.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience, problem solving, and the ability to train and coach staff. Expect a 2nd shift in Spartanburg, SC with rigorous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university or HS Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance processes with detailed accuracy and discipline.
• Coaches and assists all employees with problem solving.
• Teaches, trains, and keeps accurate records of training.
• Ensures preventive maintenance activities are performed properly and on-time.
• Monitors equipment and safety practices to meet quality standards.
