Vitality Living seeks an Environmental Services Director to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and safety across our communities. You will lead and develop teams, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance with company standards.

The role requires on-site leadership, budgeting duties, and on-call emergency maintenance responsibilities to ensure resident comfort and safety. A high school diploma or GED and driver’s license are required.

Formación

• Must have strong verbal, written, and group communication skills.
• Two years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC.
• Knowledge of regulations applicable to assisted living and memory care communities; health and certification requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee interior and exterior maintenance including grounds, suites, common areas, and building systems.
• Perform and coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, carpentry, and turnovers.
• Lead, train, coach, and manage environmental services and housekeeping staff.
