Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift (7am-3pm) in Kentucky to oversee junior staff, assign tasks, and ensure on-time, quality maintenance of production equipment. Responsibilities include cost tracking, parts inventory, and troubleshooting across electrical and mechanical systems.

You will mentor technicians, review work, and ensure safety standards are followed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years maintaining and repairing production machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, wiring diagrams, and specs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, HazMat, Lock Out Tag Out, NEC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior staff and audit work for quality.
• Assign maintenance tasks, monitor progress and deadlines.
• Track maintenance costs and manage parts inventory and work orders.
• Install, modify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; maintain production equipment.
• Repair or reproduce parts using shop tools/equipment.
• Build repairs and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Update shift schedules and train junior mechanics.
