Job summary

TRG Cincinnati, Milford, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of all equipment, minimize downtime, and lead training for equipment operation and repair. The role covers setup, operation, improvements, and ensuring reliable production.

You will supervise maintenance staff on first shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm), develop preventive and predictive programs, enforce OSHA safety standards, and keep detailed maintenance records while supporting continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred; strong electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college/technical courses preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions; write routine reports.
• Willingness to work, team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance while performing skilled trades.
• Develop and train preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage daily maintenance activities for equipment, utilities, personnel, and facilities.
• Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and issues.
• Prioritize work orders based on safety and business needs.
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians; schedule staff.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist in purchase, installation, repair of machines and plumbing; welding.
• Maintain equipment to maximize capacity and speed.
• Operate the maintenance software program.
