Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift to maintain and repair production machinery in a manufacturing setting in Kentucky. The role emphasizes timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with supervisors and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and solid knowledge of electronics and DC voltage.

Responsibilities

• Makes repairs to machinery and equipment in a timely manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance activities on machinery and equipment based on established guidelines.
• Reports major machinery and equipment issues and problems to Mechanic Supervisor/Manager.
• Works with external vendors if needed to facilitate machinery and equipment repairs.
• Prepares orders and processes for replacement parts as needed.
• Trains Operators in basic machinery and equipment repairs.
• Facility maintenance.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
