Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-20 maintenance employees to safety, reliability, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to identify root causes and implement durable solutions.
• Oversee maintenance activities to improve equipment efficiency, reliability, and operating costs.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are enforced.
