Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to service Sycamore Meadows in Michigan. The role requires hands-on management of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, and turning vacant units to market-ready status.

The ideal candidate will have apartment maintenance experience, a leadership background, EPA HVAC certification, and reliable transportation. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends and a focus on resident

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC EPA certification required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Mon–Fri schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Prepare vacants for market-ready status through turnover repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Sycamore Meadows is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC.

Duties:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
