Point North Apartments in Henderson, TX is hiring a Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee residential upkeep and ensure timely service. This role requires HVAC (EPA) certification, prior maintenance and leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekend emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
