Job summary

Point North Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee service requests, repairs, and turnover work across our residential community.

You will lead maintenance tasks in A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, maintain grounds, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents. HVAC EPA certification is required, prior supervisory experience preferred, and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.

Responsibilities
