Sycamore Meadows is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee residential property upkeep and turn-over repairs.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, resolving HVAC, electrical, plumbing issues, and ensuring market-ready units. Candidates should have apartment maintenance experience and EPA HVAC certification, with reliable transportation and a Monday–Friday schedule plus rotating emergency weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
