Job summary

600 Nottingham Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to lead service operations and ensure quality repairs.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, supervise a maintenance team, and keep residents satisfied.

This Monday–Friday role includes rotating emergency weekends and requires EPA HVAC certification and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC EPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
