Job summary

Dwell at Clear Lake Apartments in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee HVAC systems, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate repairs across the property. You will handle routine service requests, assist with turnover repairs to prepare market-ready apartments, and ensure clean common areas while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• HVAC expertise with residential systems.
• EPA HVAC Certification is required.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and general electrical.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Monday to Friday with rotating emergency weekends.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
