Job summary

Point North Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs in Midland, Texas. You’ll prepare market-ready apartments and oversee turnover projects while maintaining grounds and delivering exceptional resident service.

This role requires HVAC/EPA certification, prior leadership experience, reliable transportation, and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills required for residential maintenance.
• Carpentry skills beneficial for turnover repairs and improvements.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC certification and EPA certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.

• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
