Job summary

Orlando Sky Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee on-site maintenance operations in Orlando, FL. The role emphasizes HVAC systems, safety, and resident satisfaction.

You will lead a small maintenance team, coordinate urgent repairs, and ensure excellent property upkeep across common areas and units. Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, at least 12 months of onsite experience, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Onsite maintenance experience with residential properties.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests in a timely manner.

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal.

Orlando Sky Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC.

Duties:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.
• A/C certification – HVAC is required
