Job summary

Tarantino-Properties,-Inc. is hiring a Lead Maintenance HVAC for the Westgrove Tower High-rise community in Raleigh, NC. You will respond to residential service requests and coordinate timely repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.

The role requires at least 12 months of onsite experience, a valid HVAC/A/C certification, and the ability to perform turnover work to ready apartments. You will maintain grounds and provide excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• HVAC and evaporative AC experience required.
• Plumbing and appliance repair experience preferred.
• Interior and exterior carpentry skills are a plus.
• Onsite maintenance role requiring self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status with turnover repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Westgrove Tower High-rise community is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC.

Duties:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.
• A/C certification - HVAC is required
