Harbor Walk Apartments, operated by Tarantino Properties, Inc., is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee in-unit and common-area systems. This role involves responding to service requests, diagnosing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and preparing vacant units for market-ready status.

The ideal candidate has HVAC EPA certification and prior apartment maintenance supervision experience, with strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

HVAC EPA Certification is required.
Experience in apartment maintenance is essential.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnovers and improvements.
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Harbor Walk Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC.

Duties:

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
HVAC (EPA) Certification required
Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Must have reliable transportation
This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
