Job summary

Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance HVAC for Dwell at Clear Lake Apartments. The role demands proven residential maintenance experience and strong HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, with EPA HVAC certification.

You will respond to service requests, prepare market-ready apartments, maintain grounds and common areas, and deliver excellent resident service on a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• EPA HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
