Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance, custodial, and grounds teams. You will manage inventory, respond to work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure OSHA safety compliance.

The role includes supervising internal staff and vendors, coordinating interviews, training, and equipment maintenance while maintaining professionalism in resident interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CAMT certification recommended.
• Fair Housing Certification required within 1 day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, custodial and grounds supplies and inventory.
• Respond to work orders and make-readies; schedule preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on staffing and training.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Direct supervision of in-house and vendor work; manage on-call rotations.
• Provide guidance on product evaluation and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain professional appearance and clear communications with residents.
