Job summary

Franklin Group in Travelers Rest, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and coordinate repairs for grounds and buildings of the community. You will ensure upkeep, inventory control, and timely response to work orders under the Community Manager's supervision.

You will schedule preventive maintenance, enforce OSHA safety standards, manage vendor communications, and supervise in-house and vendor staff. A hands-on leader with strong organization is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience or equivalent
• HVAC certification is required; CAMT recommended; Fair Housing Certification within 14 days of hire
• Experience managing maintenance, grounds and custodial teams; strong supervisory skills

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Respond promptly to work orders and make-readies; schedule preventive maintenance.
• Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Direct supervision of in-house and vendor work; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Coordinate product reviews to avoid drop-in sales calls; supplier liaison.
