Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Timely response to work order requests and make-readies.
• Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with.
• Rotates on-call responsibilities with other maintenance staff and backs up Maintenance Technician.
