Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance for property and equipment, ensuring life safety systems and utilities run 100% reliably. The role requires coordinating staff, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards across the property.

You will manage service requests, monitor budgets, and prepare documentation to minimize liabilities while delivering safe, high-quality guest experiences at all times.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English clearly.
• Self-starter with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive maintenance and repairs for property and equipment.
• Assist in department administration and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Schedule and monitor service requests for safety and guest satisfaction.
• Test life safety systems and monitor utilities usage.
• Review purchases and monitor budget to meet goals.
• Maintain schedules, logs and documentation for smooth operation.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform related duties as assigned.
