Job summary

You will manage service requests, supervise trades, and enforce safety protocols while maintaining high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate staff and handle discipline when needed.
• Implement and schedule preventive maintenance programs per standards and codes.
• Prioritize service requests, schedule and monitor service for safety and convenience.
• Test life safety systems to ensure full operation at all times.
• Monitor utility consumption to assess efficiency of systems.
• Review purchase requests and monitor the budget to meet goals.
• Assist in admin tasks: schedules, logs, records and docs.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
