Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Carmel, IN to lead general repairs and scheduled maintenance of building systems and equipment. In the absence of a Chief Engineer, you will oversee maintenance operations and coordinate with the property management team.

You will manage vendors, monitor safety, and maintain logs while ensuring client/tenant satisfaction. A two-year degree or technical training and 5+ years in maintenance, preferably in healthcare or real

• Two-year degree or technical school completion required.
• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience; healthcare/real estate hospital env. preferred.
• Must be onsite in Carmel, IN, M-F in office with after-hours on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead general repairs and scheduled maintenance of building systems.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to manage preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise vendors/contractors to complete work per contracts and timelines.
• Respond to emergencies following department protocol and maintain logs.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment; monitor expenses.
