Job summary

Lillibridge, the property management and leasing subsidiary of Ventas, seeks a Maintenance Engineer for Parker, CO. You will lead daily repairs, scheduled maintenance, and oversee building systems to ensure safe, efficient environments for tenants.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, managing vendors, handling logs, and responding to emergencies. Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety skills and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year college/technical school program completed.
• Must have strong safety mindset and ability to work on-call emergencies.
• Proven experience in healthcare, commercial real estate, or hospital maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduled maintenance programs.
• Oversee repairs and routine inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies per departmental protocol and communicate with the property management team.
• Monitor contractor schedules and verify completed work and logs.
