Job summary

Lillibridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician Trainee to support the upkeep of ten properties in the Indianapolis area, working closely with the onsite engineering team to learn through hands-on experience.

The role emphasizes completing work orders, safety, and reliable building operations for tenants and patients, with growth opportunities and a focus on professional development. On-site 5 days a week with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields preferred.
• Must be located in Indianapolis, IN area.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing work orders related to physical maintenance and repairs of assigned buildings using work order software systems.
• Support routine physical improvements to the property.
• Respond to emergencies in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Assist the Building and Engineering team in maintaining equipment, tools, supplies, stock inventories, and logs.
• Communicate building status and changes effectively to appropriate individuals.
• Adhere to all safety standards, policies and procedures, codes of conduct, and industry best practices.
• Act professionally and courteously at all times with tenants, hospital clients, co-workers, vendors, and patients.
• Use materials, supplies, tools, and building property safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
