Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead repairs and scheduled maintenance across assigned buildings. The role oversees daily maintenance tasks, coordinates with the supervisor, and directs vendors to ensure timely, quality work.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety system support, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain logs and inventories. On-site presence required five days per week in Parker, CO.

Qualifications

• Two-year college/technical school completion is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience; healthcare/CRE/hospital environments preferred.
• Must be located in Parker, CO area and available for after-hours emergencies.
• Onsite work five days a week.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead general repairs and scheduled maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to run a scheduled maintenance program.
• Oversee maintenance tasks and logs; manage vendors/contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Train and mentor team members and monitor operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
