Qualifications

• Maryland 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer license required; 1st Grade preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of related maintenance experience in healthcare or commercial real estate.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and work orders.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with General Manager on budgets and staffing.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation across all building systems.
