Job summary

NM Residential seeks an experienced Lead Maintenance for The Tiffany at Maitland West in Maitland, FL. The role focuses on overseeing property maintenance, make-readies, and safety, reporting to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service requests, and ensuring high-quality repairs of appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. A strong leader with 5+ years of maintenance and 3+ years in a lead role is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisor or lead role experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance staff, including scheduling and day-to-day guidance.
• Coordinate make-ready activities and service requests to ensure occupancy readiness.
• Work with Property Manager on unit walks, inspections, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Perform and oversee repairs to appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general building systems.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; conduct safety audits and oversee preventive maintenance.
