Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, functionality, and appeal of the property. You will supervise maintenance staff, perform repairs, and lead preventative programs across apartments, amenities, and common areas.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellent resident service. Travel between TAM communities may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair knowledge.
• Ability to read technical manuals and safety instructions.
• Experience leading maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to requests within 24 hours.
• Remain on-call 24/7 for emergencies according to schedule.
• Inspect property systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff, porters, and groundskeepers.
