Job summary

NM Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance for The Tiffany at Maitland West in Maitland, FL. You will oversee on-site maintenance, coordinate make-readies, and supervise staff to ensure quality repairs and timely occupancy readiness.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience and at least 3 years in a lead/supervisory capacity, with a salary range of $24.00–$25.00 per hour. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and tools will be provided by you.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance staff and assign daily tasks.
• Coordinate apartment make-readies and priority maintenance to ensure occupancy readiness.
• Inspect units, perform and oversee repairs to appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and building systems.
• Monitor work quality, reduce callbacks and ensure safe, correct repairs.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budget monitoring; approve major purchases.
