Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification in core discipline with 4-5 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications for operation and material requirements.
• Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts using appropriate machines.
• Perform machining setups, inspections, and maintain quality/safety standards.
• Train and mentor new employees; support OJT and audits.
