RTX in Asheville, NC is seeking a Machine Operator to operate production machines and support training. Applicants should be flexible with shift schedules and ready to obtain operator certification while contributing to TPM and quality improvements.

The role requires basic HS diploma and prior machine operation experience; strong computer skills and good communication are valued. Training and onboarding will align with production needs.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operator/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to compute decimals and fractions accurately.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret work instructions.
• Set up and operate a variety of production equipment and measuring devices.
• Obtain operator certification to accept/reject parts.
• Maintain machines via total preventative maintenance (TPM).
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, programmers and other production personnel.
• Move about the machine line to operate equipment as needed.
