Job summary

Amentum is seeking a M365 & Identity Engineer, Lead to design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft 365 and identity solutions for a secure, scalable collaboration environment. Role requires hands-on governance, IAM, Entra ID, and cross-cloud experience in M365 Commercial and GCC High.

The position is US remote telework, with responsibilities spanning Exchange Online, Entra ID, Okta, governance, and security posture enhancements. Citizenship is required for this role.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on experience with M365 administration and engineering

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 and Identity services
Manage Entra ID identity services including Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO
Lead teams of IT professionals on small projects and provide guidance to junior staff
Develop and enforce governance, security, and compliance configurations
Create technical documentation and SOPs
Support audits, risk assessments, and incident response activities
