Reporting to the Store Manager, you will open and close, mentor teammates, manage appointments, and uphold sustainability storytelling while building lasting relationships with clients across the Ref Journey.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in high-volume luxury retail with commission
• Proven ability to hit personal sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
