Reformation is seeking a Full Time Sales Lead to drive performance in our store ecosystem. You are a Wardrobe Consultant, managing a private book of business, delivering an elevated service and clienteling.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will own the business, open and close, build a high SPH, coordinate styling sessions, and mentor teammates while upholding sustainability storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in high-volume luxury/premium retail with strong SPH targets.
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence for instant rapport.
• Passion for styling and ability to edit looks for clients.
• Self-motivated with a career-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and revenue by meeting/exceeding sales goals and maximizing SPH and KPIs.
• Own your business by leveraging product expertise for every customer interaction.
• Provide elevated service to sustain high NPS and client satisfaction.
• Offer styling consultations to anticipate client needs across seasonal wardrobes.
• Open and close the store, lead as the keyholder, and ensure flawless operations.
