Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a Project Manager for its Morgan, UT project site to lead high-end residential builds. You will coordinate with the site superintendent to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation, ensuring top-quality results and strong client relations.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Construction Management degree or equivalent education, and travel to regional sites plus onboarding at the Seattle office. Proficiency in reading drawings and using project tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of high-end residential construction experience.
• Construction Management degree or other relevant education plus experience.
• Ability to travel regionally on occasion, and to Seattle home office for onboarding.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, team-building, and mentoring skills.
• Ingenuity based on technical and materials knowledge.
• Familiarity with web-based applications such as Slack, Asana, SmartSheet, and Airtable is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE is preferred.
• US Work Authorization

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, and documentation through the build lifecycle.
• Coordinate with team, field, and clients with clear communication.
• Lead estimating and pre-construction control estimates and schedules with the superintendent.
• Own build budget and all related elements.
• Track, review, and report on project financials.
• Value engineering as needed with cost analysis and recommendations.
• Develop project schedules with the superintendent and internal teams.
• Co-own the active build project schedule with the superintendent.
• Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors including RFPs, bids, contracts, and close-out.
• Manage materials-related activities including submittals, take-offs, pricing, and orders.
• Oversee project documentation and shop drawings as needed.
• Conduct project closeout including warranties and finish schedules.
• Support company growth and community engagement.
