Job summary

Dowbuilt seeks a Superintendent to lead high-end residential projects on-site in Morgan, UT. You will manage safety, schedule, subcontractors, and quality, partnering with the project manager and design team to realize ambitious designs.

This role requires 15 years of superintendent experience, strong communication, carpentry skills, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore. Dowbuilt offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years as a superintendent, with 5+ years in high-end, custom residential
• Experience resolving constructability issues with architects/designers to realize design intent
• Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs
• Journeyman-level carpentry skills; strong communication and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore; knowledge of Sage 300 CRE is a plus
• U.S. work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction management for one-of-a-kind architecture
• Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance on site
• Develop and manage project schedule with project manager
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors; review submittals
• Maintain plans, records, and as-built documentation
• Represent Dowbuilt with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Mentor field crew and manage safety and performance evaluations
